SUMMARY:Conférence ICISP 2018 (02-04/07/2018)
DESCRIPTION:The International Conference on Image and Signal Processing (ICISP) is the eighth in the series that has been held since 2001. Historically\, ICISP is a conference resulting from the actions of researchers from Canada\, France and Morocco. The Université de Caen Basse-Normandie (France)\, the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (Canada)\, and the Université Ibn Zohr (Morocco) will organize the 2018 edition of ICISP. This edition will feature renowned invited speakers from the USA: Stanley Osher and from Europe: Jean PONCE \, Pierre VANDERGHEYNST and Joachim WEICKERT and for MCS Edoardo PROVENZI from France. \nICISP 2018 aims to provide researchers and practitioners from academia and industry with a forum to report on the latest developments in image and signal processing\, multimedia and computer graphics. The conference will also provide a unique opportunity for shearing experiences from different backgrounds with the common interest in advanced methods in the above mentioned fields and in industrial applications. We warmly invite you to participate in this event by submitting your work in all aspects of this field from underlying technologies to applications\, and from theory to practice. The technical program will consist in invited talks\, oral and poster sessions with topics of general interest in a single track. We particularly encourage submissions from students. Papers are solicited addressing theoretical as well as practical issues related to the conference themes. We look forward to seeing you in Cherbourg in 2018 for what will be a most rewarding and exciting experience! \nThis year the International Symposium on Multispectral Colour Science MCS 18 will be organized as part of ICISP 2018. \nAs for the 2008\, 2010\, 2012\, 2014 and 2016 editions\, the proceedings of ICISP 2018 will be published by Springer Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science and are listed in the ISI proceedings index. \nThe conference organizers are pleased to announce that a special issue on the best papers of the international journal « Signal\, Image and Video Processing  » (impact factor = 1\,2) is planned. \nICISP 2018 will also feature a conference dinner\, and other social activities. DESCRIPTION:Mercredi 4 juillet 2018 \nCette journée est principalement consacrée aux modèles de traitement des séquences dans le contexte général de la science des données.
